THE 3 STEPS //
OF AN EFFECTIVE AND SUSTAINABLE STRATEGY

1. EVALUATION

The first step is to measure and assess the most significant impacts of your activity on the environment, biodiversity and society, in order to establish the foundations of a coherent strategy. This analysis takes place throughout your value chain and includes all stakeholders: product design, sourcing, materials, manufacturing processes, transportation, traceability, but also governance. We base our assessment on the following 4 pillars
-Governance: transparency, social and environmental performance, decision-making processes.
-People: employment and management practices, attitude towards suppliers, subcontractors and external partners with respect to their own social frameworks.
-The planet: policies and actions in terms of natural resource use, waste management, reduction of energy consumption and CO2 emissions, protection of biodiversity, etc.
-The community: commitments to give back to society.

The objective is to identify the risks and challenges and establish the priority action levers that will have the greatest positive impact on your ecological footprint and on the community. These levers will allow your company to reduce risks in general, but also to deliver the best added value for your company.

The second step consists of setting objectives based on the priority action levers identified during the assessment and defining a short, medium and long term roadmap. We help you to define ambitious objectives for a 5, 10 or more year horizon and to plan the actions that will lead you to their achievement, taking into account the material and financial feasibility of the implementation of the defined measures.

3. ACTION

The third step - taking action and making your commitments visible - is divided into 3 parts:
- The implementation of the action plan.
- The evaluation of the results thanks to the relevant indicators established: this allows you to measure the real impact of the measures put in place, the progress of your company in terms of social and environmental responsibility and the results of your investments.
- The communication of the accomplished progress in all transparency, sincerity and humility. Communicate internally and externally to inspire others, to showcase, and to do together.
It is important to evaluate your results regularly and to remain attentive to changes in order to adjust and improve your action plan at all times.
