The challenges of the next few years will be to succeed in producing lithium locally, sustainably and more virtuously from geological sources. According to one study, electric freight bicycles deliver goods 60% faster than vans in city centers. Bicycles have a higher average speed and deliver 10 parcels per hour, compared with six for vans.
