In addition to teaching at the University of Geneva, Vladimirova &#8220;mapped the city&#8217;s circular fashion economy through a series of interviews, visits and events&#8221; for her project <span class=\"palette-0\">Geneva: City of Responsible Fashion<\/span>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #f8fbfb;\">&#8220;Our sustainable fashion scene is rather dead compared to other cities in the country, such as Zurich,&#8221; the researcher points out. &#8220;Fashion is recognized as the fourth most polluting industry as of 2019, but people haven&#8217;t quite got the hang of it yet. Almost every thrift store I visit here looks like a place only my grandmother would be interested in.
