Accelerate the transition to healthier diets with less animal products in Europe (and other high-income countries).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"swatch-white\" style=\"font-size: 18px;\">2. Increase legume production and reinforce the&nbsp;strategy.<small><br \/>\n  &nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/small>from fork to farm<small><br \/>\n  &nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/small>&#8220;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"swatch-white\" style=\"font-size: 18px;\">3.
