Reform of the European carbon market: carbon tax at borders, end of free quotas, extension to individuals

The EU has validated AN INDEED MECHANISM TO TRY TO IMPOSE EUROPEAN STANDARDS ON THE REST OF THE WORLD, WHILE DISSUADING EUROPEAN POLLUTANTS FROM RELOCALIZING. One of the key measures is the creation of a border carbon tax on industrial imports.
