The theme of this year’s World Environment Day, ecosystem restoration, has inspired a virtual dialogue to be followed on June 3 (EN), from 4pm to 5:15pm from Geneva.
The event will focus on how to promote climate and environmental programs in the West and Central African region, which is home to the world’s second largest rainforest, but faces major challenges such as poverty, inequality, food insecurity, weak governance, institutions and infrastructure.
