Volunteers who wish to take part in this experiment will be invited to put together a minimalist wardrobe, containing 35 to 40 items, with guidance. Each person then lives his or her own life for 3 weeks, wearing only the clothes selected. Aurore Bardey, teacher at BSB:
“We’re looking to measure the real impact that a minimalist wardrobe can have, particularly on dimensions of personal well-being but also, of course, on ecological and environmental dimensions.”
