In just three years, Prague has become a regional leader in circular innovation. This success story is the result of several factors. In addition to Circle Scan, high-level political support and stakeholder management have been decisive: with a committee and steering group dedicated to the circular economy, it has been integrated into the city’s day-to-day decision-making processes.
