The Impact Index was created by the Responsible Business Coalition, Accenture and Vogue, and developed with leading fashion brands and retailers, including Saks, Selfridges, Capri Holdings and Ralph Lauren. Its aim is to make it easier for brands to communicate their efforts to their customers, and ultimately accelerate the industry’s progress towards sustainability.
While the consumer label will be the most visible element of the index, the behind-the-scenes work carried out to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the index will be essential to its success.
